Alex Reddick

I’m a 32 year old Operation Enduring Freedom Navy Veteran. I was and undefeated amateur MMA fighter, that fought under the former TFA banner. I was born in Albuquerque, NM and raised in Southern California. I grew up in three different counties of SoCal: Inland Empire, Orange County and Los Angeles County. I lost my father to colon cancer right after I got promoted from the 8th grade. My Uncle took over and was my stepdad for all my high school years. He was also the one who got me into working out and physical therapy. I became a personal trainer for 24hr fitness once I returned home from the Navy. I was a personal trainer for 2 years total. I received my National Academy of Sports & Medicine certificate in 2007. I’ve survived being struck by a pickup truck 3 times total. I’m a brown belt in Jiu-Jitsu. I also trained in Muay Thai and Boxing. I love all forms of Motorsports. I love all genres of music also. I respect all cultures and enjoy eating all different types of food.

Mike Norris

Mr. Norris is a film Producer, Director and son of action icon Chuck Norris. With credits including Walker Texas Ranger to Hawaii 5-0 and having a strong Christian Faith Mike is excited to join the advisory board of BBQ 4 Disasters.


Peggy Quigg

Peggy has dedicated her life to the service of others including work in the areas of community development, substance abuse prevention, veteran’s assistance and law enforcement.  Her work experience crosses multiple levels including local communities, state organizations and federal service. She has been a police officer, a professional aircraft pilot, a military medivac helicopter pilot, a non-profit executive leader, a senior manager in the federal government and a contractor to the National Guard Bureau.  She spent 20 years in the Missouri National Guard participating in emergency response activities for natural disasters and law enforcement emergencies. Her passions include; serving others, flying, riding motorcycles, reading, hiking and enjoying the company of friends and family.  

Doug Bland

Serial entrepreneur within the sports and entertainment industries. Former Executive with Penske Motorsports and NASCAR.Bland is the current owner of the Quad City Steamwheelers Professional Indoor Football franchise of the IFL. 


Mr. Bland and his sports ventures have been involved with numerous fund raising activities for autism and local food banks children programs.  He is thrilled to be part of the advisory board for Barbecue Masters 4 Disasters. 


Dr. Judy Kosterman

With a career in developing, implementing and coordinating local, state and national programs in prevention and treatment of mental health and substance use disorders, Dr. Kosterman has contributed to education, healthcare, workforce, justice, military and Veterans both professionally and as a volunteer.  As the State Drug Control Executive for Washington State, she served the Governor on all issues related to alcohol and other drugs. Subsequently, she served as Policy Advisor in the Clinton Administration’s White House Office of National Drug Control Policy on all issues including those that are triggered by the difficulties and desperation following national disasters. Her preceding experience with international disaster relief efforts through Food for the Hungry and as the first Executive VP for Field Operations, building grass roots efforts across the nation for Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA), informed her policy work. Judi’s ongoing quest for solutions to the life-destroying issues of mental health and substance use disorders find her involved with breakthrough neural science solutions, while also serving on the national boards of the National Association of Drug Court Professionals and Justice for Vets (NADCP) and the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence (NCADD).
